Why is there a 2-hour minimum on service labor?

What are your standard billing terms?
Our standard payment terms are Net 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We value long-term partnerships and strive for a transparent, professional billing relationship with all our business clients.
How often should we perform preventative maintenance (PM)?
For most commercial environments, we recommend a bi-annual (every 6 months) PM schedule. High-volume operations or locations with poor water quality may require quarterly visits to prevent scale buildup and system failures.
How does water quality affect my ice machine warranty?
Poor water quality is a leading cause of equipment failure. Many manufacturers will not cover repairs caused by scale or lack of filtration. Our PM programs include water quality analysis to ensure your warranty remains valid and your machine stays clean.
Do you provide written quotes before starting repairs?
Yes. Our "Diagnostic Fee" is free for the first hour. If further repair is needed, we provide a detailed quote and wait for upfront customer authorization before proceeding with additional labor or parts.
What is your workmanship warranty?
We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all service work. This covers our labor for that specific repair. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties, which we help our clients manage and process.
Do you install new refrigeration equipment?
Yes. We are authorized dealers and installers of Bohn® refrigeration equipment, known for industry-leading performance. We provide precision installation for restaurants, grocery stores, and hospitality facilities.

We charge a standard $110 Truck/Service Vehicle fee per trip within our local area. For clients outside of our 50-mile range, an additional $0.70 per mile fee is applied to cover the increased operating costs.
